Terms of Use

1. Agreement and App Store terms

These terms are offered by Daeseon Yoo, the independent app developer who operates Reploom.

These terms supplement the license terms that apply where you obtained Reploom. For an iOS download, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom license is provided in App Store Connect. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory terms control.

If you cannot legally agree to these terms, use Reploom only with the permission and supervision required in your location. Remote AI may be enabled only by a user who confirms they are 18 or older.

2. General wellness and entertainment only

Reploom is a workout and meal logging tool for general wellness and entertainment. Combat Power is an original, for-fun score. It is not a validated health measure, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or measure of personal worth. Nutrition values, exercise parsing, and training suggestions may be inaccurate.

Reploom is not a substitute for a physician, dietitian, trainer, emergency service, or other qualified professional. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom. Do not delay care because of anything displayed by Reploom.

3. Your responsibility

• Choose exercises, loads, food decisions, and goals appropriate for you.
• Review every saved or suggested value, especially weights, repetitions, calories, and protein.
• Use safe equipment, form, surroundings, and supervision.
• Keep your device secure; Reploom does not provide an account password for its local profile.
• Do not rely on streaks, scores, or visual effects when rest or medical care is more appropriate.

4. Optional AI-assisted tools

Remote AI is off by default and can be enabled or disabled in Settings only after an 18+ confirmation and processing disclosure. When enabled, typed workout parsing, voice transcription, and meal estimation use an external AI provider. These tools are probabilistic: they can omit, misunderstand, invent, or misestimate information. Some fast logging flows save first and then show Edit and Undo, so review the result as soon as it appears and correct it before acting on it. Reploom does not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or availability of an AI result.

Optional AI tools send the selected input to the processors listed in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use or information that is unnecessary for the requested result.

5. Meal photos and user content

By sending a meal photo or other input for optional processing, you confirm that:

• you own the content or otherwise have clear authority to use it;
• you consent to the processing disclosed in the Privacy Policy; and
• the photo does not contain another person, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights.

Meal-photo output is only a nutrition estimate and can be wrong. Reploom v1 does not offer remote photo-avatar generation. The sportswear character included in v1 is built into the app and does not require or transmit a personal photo.

6. Apple Health

Apple Health connection is optional and controlled by your Health permissions. Reploom may read authorized data for on-device progress and may write only workouts or body measurements you choose to log. Review Health records for accuracy. Combat Power and other game-derived values are not written to HealthKit.

7. Legacy ranking data

Reploom v1 does not offer a public leaderboard or accept new ranking entries. An earlier TestFlight build allowed users to opt in with a handle and random app-generated device ID. Those self-reported rankings were for fun and were not a reliable comparison of health or athletic ability.

If the legacy random ID remains on the device, use the v1 Settings deletion action before deleting the app. See the Data Deletion Guide.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• probe, overload, automate abuse of, or bypass limits on the processing service;
• submit malicious code or use the service for an unlawful purpose;
• misrepresent AI-generated content as a medical assessment; or
• copy Reploom branding, artwork, code, or original game presentation except as allowed by law.

9. Intellectual property and your content

Reploom's name, original graphics, interface, written material, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your meal photo, workout text, meal text, voice recording, and any legacy TestFlight leaderboard handle remain yours or your licensors'. You grant only the limited permission needed to transmit and process an item for the feature you requested.

Rights in AI-assisted output can vary by location and provider terms. Reploom does not promise that a parsed or estimated result is unique, complete, or protected by copyright.

10. Third-party services

Reploom relies on Apple, Cloudflare, and Groq for platform, website, or optional network features. Their terms and policies may apply to their processing. Reploom does not control their outages or policy changes. See the provider list.

11. Availability and changes

Reploom may add, modify, suspend, or retire features, especially experimental AI functions. Local manual logging may continue when network features are down, but no feature is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Back up any information you need independently and verify important records in Apple Health.

12. Ending use

You may stop using Reploom and delete the app at any time. There is no Reploom account to cancel. Deleting the app removes its local container but not records already written to Apple Health or a legacy TestFlight ranking row. Follow the Data Deletion Guide for each data location.

13. Changes and contact
